Please bookmark our STOREFRONT or SALES FLYER as our online store pages are constantly changing to accommodate new features, as well as new and sales items.
- Click on one of the CATEGORIES to the left to browse our products. Click on the catalog number or graphic to see an enlarged picture and description of the item. You may then order the item or close the pop-up to continue shopping.
This is a constant work-in-progress - every item in our catalog may not yet be listed on the web, be sure to check often for additional items.

From the menu you can:
- Click on EXPRESS ORDER
to order products from our catalog or sales flyer without browsing or seeing pictures or descriptions of the item. This feature requires an EXACT ITEM NUMBER in order to work.
If unsure of the number, use the SEARCH button on the top menu.
If ordering glass, the part number should be typed with an underscore (shift & hyphen) and size needed. Example: _S (small sheet) or _L (large sheet).
- Click on SEARCH
to find all references to an item by name or number. For example, by entering the word "foil" you will not only bring up a listing of all copper foils, but also all books, tools, videos and other merchandise containing the word "foil" in the title or description.
- Click on BASKET CONTENTS
to review items you have added to your shopping cart. It is easy to change the quantity of any item in your basket, or to add other items if you know the catalog number, or to remove it altogether. You can click on the catalog number to see a picture and description of the item. You also see a running total of your order, less shipping charges or any applicable sales tax.
- When you first click on CHECKOUT
you will be presented with the contents of your shopping basket to verify that your order is properly entered. If you are ready to checkout, click the Continue To Checkout button onthe Basket contents screen. If you have not already LOGGED IN you will be transferred to the LOG IN screen on our secure server. At this point you can either log in, create a new account, or continue without an account. (If you continue without creating an account, your billing and shipping information will not be retained by our system, except for the current order.)
- Cookies MUST be turned on to track basket items, and Java Script MUST be enabled to use the Express Order feature.
- Account Information (Log-In)
We do not keep an online record of any credit card information with your account.
You may place an order without logging in, however, your billing and shipping information will not be saved and you will have to re-enter your information each time that you place an order.
Log-In: You may change your login by selecting "Review your account" at the top of the leftmost column after logging inwith your old address. On the screen presented, you may change your email address and password. This address is used as your login and to send email notifications of order processing. Be sure it is correct.
To create an account, click on Log In button. This will take you to our secure server asking you to fill in your email address and a password of your choice.This is where you can save your 'BILL TO' and 'SHIP TO' information (if different) and avoid having to re-enter the information for every order. Please be sure this information is updated if you move or have a different ship to address and be sure to click the SAVE button at the bottom of the screen.
For security reasons, we do not keep an online record of any credit card information with your account so you will have to enter that information with each order.
- Changing Email Address
Go to your account screen (see above). You may change your email here. This address is the one used to communicate with you regarding your order and to log-in to your account.
- Basket Contents
Shopping Baskets allow you to leisurely browse our online store. You may come back anytime and check your basket contents and add or delete items as long as you are logged-in. Shopping baskets are valid for approximately 4 days. At the end of that time we will be collecting unprocessed carts and restocking the items.
Be sure to Check Out before your cart is restocked!
Ordering: Our system allows you create an account with us. This account is only for retaining billing and shipping information, we do not keep credit card information. To create an account click on the Login to your account link at the top of the online menu. This takes you to a Login screen where you can create a new account or log in to an existing one. You may also edit this account.
To create a new account: Click the Create Account link. This will take you to the customer information screen where you will type in your email address, choose a password, and fill out your billing information and shipping information, if it is different. If you have your customer number (from the mailing label of your catalog, flyer or previous order), you may enter it to speed your order processing.
To LOG-IN to an EXISTING ACCOUNT: Enter your email address and password and click the Log In button. You will be taken to the storefront to continue shopping.
Items not in stock will not be backordered. These items should be reordered at a later date. Florida state residents will pay sales tax on your total order including boxing charges.
Minimum order is $20.00 please!
- Express Order form
This feature is for ordering products that you know
the EXACT ITEM NUMBER of
and do not wish to view a picture of!
To use Glass Crafters Express Order you may enter the item number and desired quantity and click the Add To Basket button. This will add the product to your basket and then return to the form for another item.
If the pop-up window opens and closes, you have successfully added the item to your basket. If an item is not found or is temporarily out of stock, an 'error' message will be displayed and you must close the pop-up window to continue.
Shipping: In stock merchandise will normally be shipped via UPS Ground Service. Light weight orders may also be shipped via the US Mail. Please include your complete street address information (and ship to address information, if different). UPS cannot deliver to a post office box.
Please note: UPS charges $12.00 for any address corrections, including missing apt/suite numbers, misspelled street names, wrong zip codes, etc. Please double check your address information. If your online order contains missing or incorrect information that results in this charge from UPS we will add the $12.00 charge to your account.
If we have out of stock items that are expected to arrive shortly, we will hold your invoice in order to ship complete. Otherwise, backordered items will be removed from your invoice and should be reordered at a later date.
Your order may take up to 2 weeks for UPS ground delivery.
UPS Next Day, Second Day and Third Day delivery is also available at additional cost depending upon the weight of your order. These choices are not available on our web site; you may call us for quotes and options.
Florida state residents will pay sales tax on your total order including shipping, and boxing charges.
FREE Shipping: Shipping and handling fees are already included in the initial purchase of any "FREE Shipping" product. When a "FREE Shipping" product is returned for a refund, the refund will be issued LESS the initial shipping charge.
NOTE TO OUR CUSTOMERS: Our industry has had an unprecedented number of increases in the cost of metals as seen in solder, lead, brass and zinc came, metal lamp bases, copper foil, jewelry findings and more. Plus, the higher cost of oil has increased the energy cost for making glass and also increases the cost of freight on virtually all merchandise shipped in or out.
Shipments Outside the 48 States:
All orders from outside the contiguous USA, not served by ground UPS, will be shipped via air parcel post. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, AFO/FPO addresses, and all foreign countries. Please call for shipping charges via the US mail, which will be based upon the weight of your order.
A $10 processing charge will be added to all foreign country orders.
Orders from foreign countries must be paid by credit card,
and will be shipped air parcel post.
Plan ahead for your holiday deliveries!
Standard UPS Ground Service will normally take between
three (3) and eight (8) business days for delivery.
Please allow sufficient time for your holiday orders to arrive.
Next Day and Two Day UPS Air Service is also available at an additional cost, depending upon the weight of your order.
- To Return Merchandise
Merchandise other than sheet glass, lead, zinc or brass came, books, or DVDs, may be returned within 14 days for a refund, credit, or an exchange of goods. Please call for a Return Authorization, in order to expedite your return. Returns MUST include a copy of your invoice, with your instructions for an exchange or credit. All returned merchandise must be in new, re-saleable condition, with original boxes, instruction sheets, etc. Full return credit cannot be given for missing packaging or parts. If we have sent the wrong goods, please call us to arrange for return and we will reimburse your postage.
Shipping and handling fees are already included in the initial purchase of any FREE Shipping product. When a FREE Shipping product is returned for a refund, the refund will be issued LESS the initial shipping charge.
- Defective Merchandise
If a product is defective right out of the box, please call us immediately. We will assist you in getting replacement merchandise right away. For merchandise that has been used, repair or replacement is the responsibility of the manufacturer. Please see the other side for Product Warranty Information.
- Missing Items
Please check to make sure that all boxes in your shipment have been delivered. If there was more than one box in your order, we will note that on the box top. For instance, the first box in a two box shipment will be labeled Box 1 of 2. Allow an extra business day for all boxes in a multiple order to arrive. If you are still missing an item at that time, please call us so that we can arrange to track or replace the missing merchandise.
- Urbanization code for Puerto Rico Only
Orders shipping to Puerto Rico require the urbanization field be filled to permit delivery.
- Boxing Charges
Special Boxing Charges: There is a $7.00 boxing charge for glass cut to one square foot size (12"x12") for UPS shipment. This box will hold up to 12 pieces. There is an $12.00 boxing charge for sheets of glass cut to the large box sizes listed under glass descriptions in the catalog. This large box will hold up to 32 sq. ft. of glass.
There is a boxing charge of $7.00 for all 4 foot long boxes containinng lead, zinc or brass came or rebar.
- Overweight Items
Due to extra heavy shipping weight, orders for items like large kilns, that require extra shipping charges will have an overweight icon along with the amount of shipping. This is in addition to the normal shipping charges.
- Artist Gallery
Glass Crafters would like to make available to you a venue for displaying the creations you are proud of. Just send us an email with the following information to: ArtistGallery@glasscrafters.com

- Title of piece(s)
- Your Name
- City and State
- Comments as to the construction methods, materials used,
details to note, size of work, etc.
YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIMARY CONCERN
Guarantee: If you have a problem with any merchandise, please call toll-free 1-800-422-4552 for assistance or return authorization within 14 days of receipt. Goods to be returned must include all original packaging and a copy of your invoice. Please pack items carefully and return by insured parcel post or ground UPS.
Sorry - no returns on glass, books, or came,
except for replacement of defective merchandise.
- Damage Claims
Damage Claims: In case of damage or shortage on UPS shipments, you must keep damaged merchandise with its original carton. If you see any obvious damage, note it on the delivery slip that you sign.
Always check each box being delivered to you for obvious damage. We make sure that all merchandise leaving our warehouse is packed in good condition, however damage can occur in shipping. If you have damage, contact the delivering carrier, whether UPS at (800) 457-4022, FedEx at (800) 463-3339, or your local Post Office, to request a damage inspection and then notify us. Keep all boxes, packing material and the damaged goods to obtain a Claims Inspection Number. A claim for damage or loss can not be processed without a Claim Number. Glass Crafters is not liable for damage that occurs in transit, however we will assist you to correct the problem.

We take your security very seriously. All personal information related to customer transactions is considered confidential. This information is encrypted in transit between your computer and Glass Crafter's web server using 256-bit encryption. Look for the https in the url of the secure pages during checkout. We do not maintain a record of your credit card information so you must re-enter it each time you order.
